Today I was in Brighton at the Amex Stadium to film a Masterchef-style cook-off to decide the three Grand Finalists in the Sussex Young Chef category of the Sussex Food & Drink Awards 2015, sponsored by Sodexo.

I’ve filmed quite a lot of cooking before, but usually in more controlled studio surroundings and always one chef at a time. Today there were seven chefs to film, and they all created stunning food. I love food shoots as there’s always lots to eat! Thanks to Suntrap Media and Pendulum Productions for the great edit.
