On Thursday evening I received a call asking if I could get on a flight to the Bahamas the following morning to film a three day corporate party at the One & Only Ocean Club. It was a non-stop event involving three cameramen filming 16 to 17 hour days in the Bahamian heat. We averaged around 5 hours sleep a night so there was no time for sitting on the beach!

Amongst the evening entertainment over the three day event was a stand up routine by Joan Rivers, and a long set by the Jersey Boys. By day the guests had activities including deep sea fishing, snorkelling and swimming with dolphins. The champagne flowed, the sun shone and we got a lot of very good footage! I’m going to catch up on some sleep now.
