For the past week I’ve been up at the NEC filming the Spring Fair, an annual trade show that takes over every single hall of the exhibition space. I was one of four cameramen covering the whole event. Seventeen miles of aisles, and I feel like I walked down every one of them! All the footage was edited on site every day for a daily edit. On Sunday I shot a cooking demo with Greg Wallace and John Torode, and the following day, I got an interview with wok legend Ken Hom.
