Just because it’s my birthday, it doesn’t mean that work has to stop! I spent the evening on the Silver Sturgeon (a boat on the Thames) in the company of Kompany and Pellegrini who were hosting a Q&A.

Regular followers of my blog will know that I know nothing about football but I have already filmed Kompany (with Chris Robshaw) for an Etihad video last year so at least I knew who he was. Lots of football chat, some great evening river views and the Premier League cup was also on board so it was a fun job. More information on the MCFC website here.
