My alarm rang at 3.15am this morning and by 4am I was on the road out of London heading up to Loughborough. I had to be there by 7am to film potential paralympic triathletes being put through their paces. Helping out were former Olympians Iwan Thomas (400m record holder), Jane Egan (UK Paratriathlete) and Clare Cuningham (Paralympic 50m Gold medallist and world record holder).

It was a very long day filming poolside as well as on and by the track but we came back to London around 7pm with lots of great footage. Fantastic day, only partly marred when another car drove into the back of mine when nearly home. Luckily all the kit was undamaged (as well as my passenger and me!). I’ll be without a car for the next couple of weeks!
