Having returned from Tenerife late last night I only had 5 hours sleep before getting into the car and setting off to Wales to film a promotional film to encourage people to relocate to Cardiff from other cities. The blue skies above Cardiff certainly tempted me to consider the move, especially when I realised how near it is to some cracking paragliding sites!

Some of the filming was in the hills nearby, but mostly we filmed around Cardiff Bay. The Tourist Board had even arranged for us to go out in a boat with the Harbour Authority and film from the water. We got some good footage before setting off back to London. Having been in the car for almost 6 hours in total, I am looking forward to a good nights sleep tonight…
