I’ve been so busy with work over the past few weeks that I haven’t done any flying for over a month and a half. Today Tom and I changed that by driving down towards Brighton to make the most of the light winds and blue skies. It was well worth it as we had two flights with almost two hours in the air. We flew along the M27 with the sea on our right, before following the Ditchling road north to the top of the Downs where we circled above Jack and Jill (two windmills) before following the Downs back to our landing field. The photo above is looking west along the Downs and below you can see Tom coming in to land, undercarriage down!
The next couple of days are hectic for me as I get up tomorrow at 2am to fly to Nice where I am filming a two day event at Cap Ferrat. Before anyone gets jealous, it will be immensely hard work and there certainly won’t be any time for swimming in the sea or relaxing at a local bar. Back on Sunday.
