I’m just back from four days in France filming an event in and around Cordes-sur-Ciel, near Toulouse in France. Despite having lived and worked in the area twenty years ago, I had never been to Cordes. It is a ‘bastide’ built in the early 13th century, all its buildings clustered on a small hilltop. We were filming a multi-day event which involved lots of music, beautiful food and not much sleep!
