It’s always so easy filming with Denise, she knows exactly what to do in front of a camera and she does it so well and with such good humour. This time we were in Birmingham with IHG filming in the High Performance Centre at Alexander Stadium. It was another master-class session with tips on shot put, long jump and middle distance running.
